My appointment was easy to arrange when I phoned the branch. The online booking service didn't work as I received an email saying that someone would phone to confirm an appointment but I never got a call. My contact lens check was great as usual. I always see Michael for my contact lens checks and he is so knowledgeable and helpful that this is the reason that I keep coming to this opticians for my contact lenses.

I was very impressed with the service and staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very competent, including the trainee who saw me. There was no pressure to commit to a pair of glasses on the day, especially since I was a borderline prescription. As the first time that I needed a pair of glasses at age 37, this was a very supportive experience.

Always very helpful, been taking my son here for years...very thorough...only criticism is choice of glasses for teens....son 13..so children's glasses too small...adults too big, but was a limited range at this store...but glasses checked thoroughly for sizing before purchase...

The only fault was being kept waiting at the reception desk for 10 mins which made me late for my appointment. While I appreciate staff are busy I could see several staff around the corner chatting amongst themselves. They either need to hide better or actually acknowledge customers - I only wanted them to check off that I'd arrived for my appointment!
